I know this is a WAY late welcome, but I just got my rooted & ROmmed gTablet back from warranty work, completely restored to stock. So now I am working on flashing it up to a Jelly Bean ROM. To answer your question:
Since you are on a 1.2 bootloader, Honeycomb and beyond should not be an issue for you. Just make SURE you use a ROM for the 1.2 bootloader
