To do a restore I had to take the battery out and put it back in again.
It arrives at Samsung today. Called them and they sent me an email with a UPS 2nd day shipping label and shipped it out Monday. Their # is 888-987-4357. Give them a call, tell 'em what's going on and they'll set you up.
