In regards to coopigeon's post if you do go ahead with this and something goes wrong DGM will not take any responsibility for the damage.
If you cannot watch videos can you go to the Google Play Store and download the flash player once you have done this there should be no problems regarding videos or radio.

If you have any problems the TF card fix will solve them provided they are to do with Google Play, WiFi and any other bugs that my be present in the tablet.

I bought a DGM TV for my mum and have been really impressed with it but I have to say that I will certainly think twice before buying anything else from this company. This should not have taken so long to resolve and been so painful for so many customers.
