ACTUALLY, just spurred my memory. The new Droid DNA WILL work on both Verizon and AT&T. It comes SIM unlocked from Verizon. I won't go into specifics, but it is $200 on contract with Verizon ($500 or so off contract) and you can easily throw an AT&T SIM card and get their 3G.
The Commandments of Android
1) Open RAM is wasted RAM - Don't use Task Killers
2) Cheap devices are cheap for a reason. Don't expect high end performance.
3) Boot Loop = Wipe.
4) There are no viruses for android.
