Having said this, I always copy downloaded books onto my PC so a have an archive of them. You can get the epubs back out of Aldiko just by copying them back out of the eBooks folder, but this is a pain when you have lots of books. After I reset my N7, prior to the 4.2 upgrade, I simply copied the books back from my PC and imported them all again.
Thanks very much.
You said you copy downloaded books to your computer. Which ones then... From download folder or from Aldiko folder in folders?

Also I use Calibre on my computer, can I add them into there when I copy them onto my computer?
If so do I just put them into the calibre folder or somewhere else and click Epub to import?
