well basiclly I really want to know if anyone else that doesnt want ICS and is sticking to GB is having "slow phone" issues or any other drawbacks due to not upgrading. I'm not crazy about rooting my bionic as it's still covered by verizons warranty. If the only way to keep the phone the way it was before the upgrade is to root, it then becomes verizons issue as they are contractually obligated to provide users with a phone that is accesable to the user. So by law, the would have to accomodate me as I am legally disabled (Im on disability due to my eye, yes eye, I lost one stopping a drunk driver 2 years ago).
So if I root the phone and they find any trace of it, it breaks their end of the contract.
