I was oing a little research on this for you (zoomservice.apk) and it looks like the Razr has the accesiblity option for zoom mode on ics as per moto here.

I am trying now to see if I can get some one with a rooted razr to pull it out and give me a copy of it. The reason the one you tried using was from GB and it will not work on ICS.
I will post back when I see if I can get it to work.
