Kies not restoreing backup properly
i recently got my phone repaired from telus, before i sent it in i did a backup using kiles i made sure to click the backup everything tab.
when i got the phone back i attempted to restore and all im getting back is my messages , no applications no settings or contacts.
tried to reset phone again and tried a few more times still not getting the full restore, did i just lose everything?
