Think you've got one of those rather unknown Chinese tablets, that doesn't have Google. I assume you want to root it to remove the Chinese apps, as well as installing your game. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be much useful information available for this one, not even a manufacturer. "Android" is not the brand, that's the software OS it's running.
