I'm an IT Manager now. I was IT Support for about 8-9 years, worked for many different companies across different industries. (Insurance, Pharma, Tech, Telecomm). I was the branch IT manager at my last job for about nearly 5 years. Got laid off last spring due to massive downsizing (and the solar industry imploding) Took the summer off lol, and just landed a huge global manager position.
The phone is kinda my pat on the back present
