Dual Sim Full Active
If you need for both sims to be online ALWAYS that means even when making a call on SIM1, SIM2 can meanwile recive calls/SMS/use internet, YES then you will need Dual Sim Full Active. I personly know about two phones supporting that: the ZTE U960 and the HTC T528w

Dual Standby
If you need for both sims to be online always EXCEPT when making a call from any one of the SIM's, then Dual Standby is fine (for MT6575 and MT6577 chipsets). That means, that you can be online on the internet with one sim, and both sims can still recive calls, SMS and so on. When you make/recive a call from SIM1 and use internet on SIM2, the internet connection will be disconnectet, and reconnect after end of call.
