Yup, same here. I currently have VM (ordered a T-Mobile SIM and Nexus 4 yesterday) and the data speed is terrible. My girlfriend has Sprint, and her 3G is superior to my 3G every time. Speedtest typically shows me around 200-400 kbps, which is basically turbo-charged dial-up speed. Unless it's late at night, or occasionally the weekend, doing anything but very light web browsing is painfully slow.
