You would have to turn off Google Sync to remove the pictures, as that person has uploaded a picture to their account, otherwise to remove a picture from your Account you need to go into your Gmail and remove it under the Settings.

The suggestions do not help. There is no provision for turning off Google Sync on the Galaxy Tab. Also, I went to Gmail and could not find how to remove a guest picture. All I got is how to remove Google Account. Please help. Thanks.
