No it doesn't.
Even if these reviews are biased, the score difference is still too large.
To me, the Samsung Galaxy S3 and Note 2 are much better devices than the DNA.
Yes the DNA may have a better screen, but it's lacking everywhere else.
To me, a phone is much more than the screen. For example, my SGS2's screen as 218PPI but I still love the phone because the UI is smooth and the Super AMOLED screen has the deepest black levels and most vibrant colors of any screen.
I heard the DNA's UI is laggy and has a lot of bugs, hence the lower performance score. Also the software of the DNA is lacking.
