Yes the DNA may have a better screen, but it's lacking everywhere else.
To me, a phone is much more than the screen. For example, my SGS2's screen as 218PPI but I still love the phone because the UI is smooth and the Super AMOLED screen has the deepest black levels and most vibrant colors of any screen.
I heard the DNA's UI is laggy and has a lot of bugs, hence the lower performance score. Also the software of the DNA is lacking.

And don't forget the awesome radios in the GS3 and a build quality that is cereal box ready.
