If thats the one in wugs toolkit you'll lose everything. Make sure you have apps backed up and back everything on your "sd card" onto the computer
not really sure if wugs is the same as the nexus 7 toolkit didnt know there were more than 1 program for it. but the toolkit WILL DELETE everything even my "sdcard"? o man im glad you posted that!

ive been over to xda but i kinda want a pure stock rom that i can root myself with the toolkit. i wish cm would hurry up with 10.1! lol
