Dan is the CEO and his office doesn't take kindly to customer runarounds. No guarantees, mind you, but several people hereabouts have reported satisfactory results emailing him. I've emailed him myself protesting their anti-root TEP policy and I don't think that it was just me, but they changed that policy.
