Going to add that to my list and try that way also. The last guy I spoke with refused to give me his extension for me to call him back, his response to my request was "look you can call back and talk to anyone, I put in notes", where I responded "but you know the story and it took me half an hour to explain it", his response "yes, but just call the generic line and talk to someone else"....I mean just terrible customer service
