Default Notification Bar Battery Apps
I have read that battery widgets tend to drain battery more than apps that display battery status on the notification bar, is this true?

Also, what notification bar app is best to use without draining battery? As I tried Battery Status Bar recently and it showed my battery dropping almost 10% overnight, without any use of my phone.
