Its been asked before, plz answer again "BT ear piece"

Lord I don't wanna look like one of "them" people, but my OV is out of reach 90% of the time but only 2ft above me, id like to be able to answer it without taking it down.

Anyone have one I should buy, or any 99cent china special will do???
