And just to be sure, are you familiar with flashing roms from inside recovery or do you typically use other means to do so? The method for cwr is to wipe data/cache/dalvik and then:

install zip from sdcard > choose zip from sdcard

...and then you can navigate to the sd contents and pick whatever rom (zip) you want to flash. Are you saying you've done that and there's no sdcard to access? Just wanting to make sure we're on the same page.
