I can't give the full details, mine was pre modded that way when new but you use a custom build prop foot print to fool google into thinking you have a different device.
now you need to use a device with similar specs for it to work right.
Google thinks my Ramos W17pro tablet is a Samsung Galaxy S II GT-I9100 phone
