Hi 25bubbles and welcome sorry to hear your having issues with your tablet i've done some research on your tablet its pretty neat i will look for your probelm around to see if i can find a solution to it and report back here with any findings that i may come across.

There's a few possibilities:

1. The device has no network connection on first run (it displays a better message if it loses connection during a download or on a subsequent run)
2. The licence validation has run out of retries (not appropriate to the report)
3. The device's clock is set in the future
