I am trying to fastboot a kernal but I cannot seem to get my computer to recognize that the phone is connected. When i entered the command in the prompt, it says waiting for device. I know its supposed to say FASTBOOT USB but my phone doesn't have the USB part. I don't think i have the drivers on my computer. Does anyone know where i can get them?

Edit: I somehow found this http://htcevohacks.com/htc-evo-4g-lte-root/how-to-root-htc-evo-4g-lte-unlock-bootloadertwrp-recovery/ and it has drivers on step 6 but I dont know how to install them.
