they are really good upholding their warranty. the silicon on my 4S defender was distorted so they sent me an updated silicon that fit perfectly with case no gaping whatsoever. only thing is I had to send a few pictures within an email with my claim which was no biggie. I must say though they really outdid themselves with the N2 commuter case. it is perfect and I did drop my phone on purpose to test the durability. (the best buy warranty has me spoiled since I dont have to pay a deductible I can be a daredevil haha
