A lot of people in this forum are raving about Best Buy, and their $10/month no-deductible with temp N2 loaner while you are waiting. That sounds like the best deal.
As an alternative, getting a good case that you feel comfortable with - is your cheapest option
Also, as a food for thought, IMHO insurance is a must if you are going with no case or minimalistic case (w/o much of a protection).
