You can get the Sense clock app. I used it on my Droid X with Go Launcher because you could set the number of icon rows with Go. Sense clock is 4X2 and it takes up too much room with the stock Launcher on the M. I use "Make Your Own Clock" in 4X1 setting and Weather Bug widget.
For me the weather clocks are all show and no go. I know what it looks like outside..lol. I rely on looking at radar for my weather. The stock circle app is OK but again took up too much room for my liking plus the "weather" part of it was not to my liking. Also I don't like icon labels on my screen. With the stock launcher you can't get rid of them like you can with Go. So I made all my icons as folders and deleted the label. What my phone looks like now:
