Welcome to Android forums!

Searching the Google Play Store (android's version of an the app store) it looks like for Android, there is Tapfish, Tapfish Plus, and Tapfish Exotic. Unfortunately even if the same versions of game were offered, there would be no way to restore your iphone data to the galaxy s3. I suppose it's no different if you were to upgrade to the new iPhone as well. You would have to re-install the app and would lose your data. But anything that runs on iphone, would not be compatible if installed on an android device. They are just two different operating systems.

I know it's a bummer to lose save data. It has happened to me as well before. One good thing about android, is the large rooting community. Lot's of smart, experienced and helpful people here that can assist in rooting the phone. This removes any manufacturer restrictions. Then you can run apps, like Titanium Backup, and it allows you to backup your apps, and app data, so that even when switching devices, you never have to lose that data again.

I wish you luck in your switch to android! And if you have any questions, this is the place to get them answered! Take care!
