I have no experience with apps to block this sort of thing. My suggestion is simply to try them. If there are free ones, install one and try it out. If you're not satisfied, try another. Perhaps two in combination will work better than any one of them (or maybe you can't run more than one--but give it a try).
If the free ones don't do the job, try paid ones. Try one, and if it doesn't work, request a refund. You actually have 48 hours to get a refund:
