moved you to the droid dna forums. folks here can help you out better then i can as i do not have your phone.
for one i would get rid of the tas killer. it might not be the problem but they are not needed. i have had an android device for over 5 years now and not once have ever used one. here read this thread:

now as far as the issue you are having, try powering the phone completely off and wait 30 seconds and reboot. hopefully that will work.
