Again...You DO have a choice. You are NOT required to send any personal information whatsoever to Google or send anything to Google's cloud or other services to use an Android device. Everything can be kept locally on the phone. You can setup an anonymous account to access Google Play and have a fully functional device. Or skip it. You do not need to root the device for any of this.

So what is the problem? What is Google forcing you to do?
