How did you copy the music to the phone? Using just drag'n'drop copy'n'paste, or did use a particular music management application to do it? And if so which one?
It looks very much like there's some music management software re-arranging the folder structures, as it syncs the music to your phone. If you just copy'n'paste them, you should get what you had on your PC to your phone, with no changes made.
