about 1/2 year ago my s2 android 4.0.1. showed these first symtoms mentioned here: overvoltage. But it went away by itself. However, since jan2013 this problem reoccurred and became permanent. So I sent it back to dealer. Dealer sent back to samsung. After 2 weeks i got it back. All they did was installing the newest version android 4.0.4.
Of course the problem still persists so i sent it back to dealer again..dealer to back to samsung..Apparently they (samsung and dealer) did not even bother to check if the problem was solved by installing the latest android version...
I am kind of tired of this. the S2 is supposed to be a high-end product which i paid 500€ for. This kind of service by samsung makes me kind of angry. Does Samsung really think it is too big to fail? How can it be that they just sent it back without properly looked at the problem which is very well known all over the net??
I am told to wait for at least 4 more weeks. I'll keep you update when this problem on my s2 has been fixed..
