A quick update: I got home about 20 minutes ago; she's being brought home via ambulance. I had to get everything ready, like putting the cats away so they won't run out when the front door is left propped open! The ambulance should be here momentarily. Mom's still saying the STRANGEST things, but the doctors and nurses have reassured me that this should pass once she's back in her familiar environment, and the stress and everything is over with.
