ALWAYS take a back up (can't emphasize that enough) using ClockWorkMod aka CWM if things go wrong while experimenting.

Rule number one:
Turn off the tablet PC and unplug the USB connection to PC.
Try to get back in to recovery by pressing the Volume Down (-) button and power button at same time. Holding down the volume down button and simultaneously plugging in the USB cable achieves same result too because the tablet powers itself in this method and goes in to recovery - remember to hold down the volume button down all the while.

Also helps to Backup your device to Cloud in one click using Orange Backup.

How To Backup Your Android Phone’s Boot, Recovery And System Partition Images

Romdump is a very simple program that dumps the BOOT, RECOVERY and SYSTEM partitions to your SDCARD, this will allow a technically minded individual to create a recovery image.
