I normally only grab physical CD's when I can, but some stuff is really hard to find, especially in progressive rock, in the southeast US.

I buy exclusively from AMazon MP3 and Google Play when I can't get it in-store or delivered, becaues its all DRM-free MP3 (even if it does have the purchaser identifier tags)
