Hi Lenovo,

I am from Czech Republic (CZE), gsm operators are in 900 and 1800 range, so so far it is OK for CZE and I guess it could cause the trouble to operators and unrest to change it quickly.

If you were talking about 4G, it was a dream to have 4G in CZE one day :-))) but consumers wanted more services than speed so T-Mobile has cancelled it, 4G concept is nearly dead in Czech Republic I guess, 3G is massively supported by operators.

I was looking at the Lenovo P770, but I see that the network does not support 800 MHz!
The specs say

Dual Sim, supports W+G / G+G

2G:GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz

3G:WCDMA/HSPA: 900/2100MHz

Am I right in saying that this is as much use as a bucket of steam in a desert? Because all the countries across Europe were forced by European Legislation to switch off analogue television and use the 800MHz band for 4G from 2013 onwards.

Switching to digital television

some details here and here.

So will there be a Lenovo dual sim phone that will work in Europe?
