I believe it's a full ROM but if you want to play it safe you could flash the one from the xda thread. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2148381

And actually by using the one from XDA you don't have to hassle with preserving root and losing custom recovery. Flashing the one from this thread is a little more work. The one I linked wasn't available when this thread was started.
