Gosh. I just wanted to upgrade my wife's phone. She is only eligible in December and only wants a dumb phone, but this guy was brutal. I want to have our upgrade dates to be the same so in the future, we could use a BOGO offer. This guy said we would have to hold off BOTH our upgrades until our contract expired (4/2011)! I don't think that's right.....and then I asked if the second phone on a line was eligible for upgrade prices after a year and he told me no, I would have to pay the full price. Then I asked about the incredible and he told me any information I have heard about THAT phone was a lie and that no such phone exists. He told me it was for a different carrier.
