A shattered screen, bad battery, bad micro usb or anything else is cause for replacement of the phone or factory-only repair. It looks like a case is mandatory for this phone. Bigger battery or replaceable battery. (Just for once take that issue off the table.)
Dedicated camera button to start camera and also to trigger the shot.
Design revised to facilitate a minimum level of repairability/serviceability.
If "only" we could have what we want.
