More good news: it hurt me, but I hurt anyway so I am determined to get fit and lose weight. Recall my 16-minute mile? Beat it today. I actually RAN...
...the first half mile of a one mile run! It's a 12-lap mile on our track, and I ran the first 6 laps... walked 2... and then ran the last 4. Busted it out the last lap. 13 minute mile!
I'm closer and closer to running the whole thing, and then going more & more laps until I can RUN the full mile & a half in 15 minutes. That's my goal.
Got 15 pounds to lose, folks, and I am determined to lose it: in 2 months.
