FWIW, I did go with the ATT insurance for now. I confirmed the $200 deductible with them. Also, if you put in more than 4 claims per year, they cancel your insurance. Also, you cannot file a claim in store and get a new phone from them. It all has to be done through their site or phone and a new phone gets shipped to you within 1-2 business days. They also have a free "find my phone" app, that they say is part of the insurance. Also, a separate tech support line.
