Now the issue I am having is that my HTC one doesn't seem to be charging when I plugged it in, and I have tried 3 different chargers. Does this sound like an issue with the battery, and should I take it into a sprint store to see if they will replace it?
If you've ruled out the power source (wall outlet, power strip,etc..) as the culprit,I'd say you've done your due diligence. Take it to your local SPRINT store for further troubleshooting. Please keep us posted on your progress/results.

Here's to hoping you have a positive outcome &.............................
