Now the issue I am having is that my HTC one doesn't seem to be charging when I plugged it in, and I have tried 3 different chargers. Does this sound like an issue with the battery, and should I take it into a sprint store to see if they will replace it?
Try a battery test or charger test using the method I posted above. It would be interesting to see if the software actually recognises a fault.
