The HTC One records in H.264 high profile 4.1 with AAC 2

Since this is a newer codec level compared to what is supported on DLNA it may not play until the TV receives an even newer update and that is even if the TV's processor can handle the decode.

I do not recommend that anyone purchase a TV with build in anything. It limits you to what you can really have. i.e. one of these. http://www.amazon.com/iMito-MX1-Bluetooth-Aluminium-Dissipation/dp/B009YDQ53U
