Speaking of I called a store in Denver that had 2 in stock, to see if I could switch my order to in store pickup. They tried, but couldn't do it, the system wouldn't let them. So I called BB.com and they also couldn't switch the order. So I will have to wait.
They allowed me to switch BUT, I still don't have a phone!!
This started on Monday. Yesterday I was in the store with the GM and a customer service rep on the phone working together and they couldn't get "the system" to allow me to have the phone w/out cancelling my order and charging me another $200 while I wait for the original $200 they already have be credited back to me.
Just noticed Best Buy has moved my complaining thread from their forums to be reviewed by their mods.
