Well scratch that, I called again and bugged them a bit more and because I changed the delivery address, my phone order lost it's place in the queue and will now be delivered Saturday however the free tablet I get with it will be delivered tomorrow.. worst yet it's being sent by Yodel, one of the worst courier services in the UK.. now I get to enjoy by from 7am-9pm delivery window frame for two consecutive days

Still, I have a working tracking number for my tablet and a not yet working tracking number for my phone. If they have gone as far as assigning tracking numbers for orders, surely they should just send them both together.. logic seems to be lost with some companies.
