In light of the recent statement, we might have to flash the phones back to whatever version was on it when we first received it, rather than the latest version.
Any idea where to get hold of a G6 version? This is especially dire, since there is no official firmware available from Samsung; at least not from their web site, and we have to rely on what we can get via NPS (which, at the time of writing, is H4).
