Never had a problem with AT&T myself. Ordered the One on the 4th got it the day before release. Ordered the iPhone 4S and received it overnight. Had a Samsung Captivate that was dropping calls after 1 min. AT&T Overnight-ed the replacement and provided return shipping @ no cost. Another time we added a 4S at a walmart and they screwed it up and created a second group on my account. One phone call was all it took and they waved the $35 activation, and gave me a $200 bill credit for my trouble. I guess they just like me
