Yes, my intention is to go onto T-Mobile pre-paid with 4G. (I'm not sure if LTE is in Tampa yet, but I think I should get HSPA+ until then.)
If this is wrong, some one tell me now!
(Estimated ship date has been moved to to 13May.)
The way I read it is the unlocked version has all AT&T and T-Mobile's frequencies including LTE.
